Bad Boys and Good Girls

Why do bad boys always seem so attractive to good girls?
Is it the allure of danger? You know he is gonna do you bad but you don't really care.
That scent of badness gives an irresistible allure that's very hard to resist.

You know your folks won't approve but that one no concern you.
You know your grades are gonna suffer but you don't have any qualms.
You know he's gonna mess with your heart and that doesn't shake you a bit.

You know you aren't his only boo but you believe he loves you best.
You know he isn't ready to settle down but you still dream of happily ever after.
You know you met him bad but you think you can tame him, (As in ehn you have turned to lion tamer) lol.
Never mind the fact that you are likely to be severely bruised in the process and unlikely to succeed.

Never mind that bad boys always break their hearts.
Good girls still love bad boys and ignore the good ones (at least until they learn their lesson)

What's your take on bad boys? Necessary or better avoided.

P.S. This reminds me.
Has anyone seen our blog resident bad boy Harper?
Where has he disappeared to oh? Make una go find him come oh. lol
That's the eish about anonymous blog visitors. You can't actually trace them to know if they are ok.

  1. Ms. Reese! Was on a road trip of my own. 8hrs each way. This one was fun cos I came across two other cars on the road who were willing to drive as fast as I was. So approx 170km/h was our steady speed:) I don't know why oyinbo makes a road 5 lanes wide and tells everyone to drive slowly. How is ur trip going? Back to the topic, bad boys always get the best girls. It always works :) Why? I'll wait for ur female readers to comment :) - Harper

  5. Why won't bad boys get the best girls if they have more to pick from. They have more odds.

    2. Hehehe. There r more "openly bad" boys than "openly bad" girls so I guess she has a point. But I think whenever the good girl has a choice between a good boy (aka Mumu) and a bad boy, she'll almost always go bad. But bad girls also seem to always catch the good boy who was an effico in school, graduated with a First Class and now works for an oil company. The poor mumu now has his life sorted and needs a symbol of all he missed in school. Hehehe! - Harper

  8. Not all bad boys are good in bed (talking from experience). Had me a bad boy before settling with my good boy and I must say that it was jolly ride. True that@ hoping to be the best, mine flaunted me everywhere as his main chick ( He actually calls me his captain meaning team leader #covers face) and had other girls as side chicks . Guess I had an open relationship before the coined phrase became so popular
